Castleoak
Castleoak is the UK market leader in the design and build of care homes. Company expansion meant that Castleoak had outgrown its offices in Cardiff and were looking for a larger more efficient workplace.
Richard Powell & Partners were selected to work with the project team from an early stage in the development and construction of their new Headquarters building located on the prestigious Cardiff Gate Business Park.
Our brief was to design and space plan the interior to meet the Clients requirement for a stunning and prestigious interior but with a relaxed, quality environment.
Our design provided open plan working groups located to enable excellent communication between related functions, numerous meeting areas and rooms, executive offices, boardroom, cafeteria and gymnasium. Substantial space for future expansion was designed in for this rapidly expanding company.
