Cardiff Waterside is Wales’ premier bay-side office location, home to over twenty five blue chip and local government organisations. Cardiff Waterside comprises 460,000 square foot of superb office space encompassed in a collection of seven flexible, contemporary buildings with planning consent for another 500,000 square foot.

The Cardiff Waterside brief was to refurbish two floors of office space to regenerate interest in the market and to create a contemporary Marketing Suite and Office to represent the whole of the Cardiff Waterside estate.

A bold colour pallet, simple furniture shapes and contemporary finishes were selected to create a strong impact and leave a memorable impression on existing and future clients. Graphics were used to highlight the architectural detail and interiors of the estate and to show the amenities of the bay-side location.
