On Thursday 16th November 2017, colleagues at Powell attended 29 Park Place, Cardiff to celebrate the annual Beaujolais day event, in aid of The Autism Directory.
The Autism Directory is an invaluable charity that help support and provide resources for individuals, families and professionals living and working with autism. Not only do they provide advocacy and coaching for adults with autism, but they also promote speakers and provide training in autism awareness.
Powell celebrated the occasion with their friends and associates including those from Rio Architects, Mon Motors, Cushman and Wakefield, Euroclad and JLL. In true Beaujolais style, the team raised a glass for the event and enjoyed a selection of delicious canapés.
Gareth Knight, Powell’s Technical Director, commented on the occasion “We are extremely happy to have been one of the sponsors at this year’s Beaujolais event for The Autism Directory. It’s a very worthy cause and helping to raise funds was an enjoyable experience for all the team; thank you to all of those who supported the occasionâ€Â.
Powell also donated a piece of Boss Design furniture to the event; with the charity raising just under £2000 on the night.
