About the project:
This is the Welsh Government’s main hub in south west Wales. The aim for Welsh Government was to reduce office space by providing effective working environments that would help improve overall efficiency and productivity. The team also needed an environment that could respond quickly to the challenges ahead.

  • smart working with an average ratio of 8 workstations per 10 staff
  • improve accessibility
  • reduce operating costs
  • agricultural theme in welcome area capturing the essence of Carmarthenshire
  • promote biodiversity using locally sourced materials, fabrics and plants native to Wales
